We created SARA with one central goal in mind: Helping staff better serve clients.
We know that staff is often overwhelmed with administrative work such as data entry and documentation which takes away their time for effective one-on-one interaction. SARA eliminates 60%-80% of that work providing staff with much more time for that critical direct client connect.
We know that better client engagement leads to better client outcomes. No human can effectively stay on top of a large caseload and make sure no one falls through the cracks. But SARA can.
So far, SARA has served clients in adult education, vocational rehabilitation, workforce investment boards, departments of labor, welfare, homeless shelters, and the VA. But there is really no limit to what populations SARA can serve. The only requirement that you have staff with a caseload and defined service levels with expected outcomes.
