We are thrilled to announce that Sara (formerly part of The Career Index Corporation, or TCI) has found a new home with Radicle Health, a group of mission critical human services software companies. 

Radicle Health’s current companies are Foothold Technology, KCare and Link2Feed, which together provide platform technology solutions to more than 12,000 human services organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Sara will be joining a newly launched arm of Radicle Health – Radicle Apps – which will offer a suite of platform-agnostic software and services that can benefit any human services organization.

As part of Radicle Apps, we are excited to continue providing excellent service to our existing customers, while at the same time broadening our reach to other types of human services organizations. It’s been a long-time dream of ours to broaden our reach to many different types of human services organizations, and the customers Radicle Health serves today will allow us to realize that dream. 

Our founder, KD Nygaard, will be stepping away from day-to-day operations of the business after more than ten years building and scaling the Sara product, brand, and team. The rest of the Sara team will continue in their current roles, including Cody Dixon, our Director of Operations. Cody will continue his work ensuring ongoing happiness and success of Sara customers, and overseeing day-to-day operations. 

As part of our move to Radicle Health, the TCI+ product that TCI was named after is making its own transition and will be owned and operated by San Diego State University.

Now and in the future, you can expect the same focus on service and relationships that you’ve always had from our team, and we’ll be continuing to grow that team thoughtfully to better serve you.
