SaraWorks and Pathways to Success Project

Sara Client Communication Software to be deployed to California state participants in career pathways programming

SaraWorks joins California DOR and SDSU Interwork Institute to implement the 5-year RSA-funded “Pathways to Success” project.

This grant is focused on getting individuals with disabilities into STEM and other high-wage, high-skill, and high-demand careers.

Specifically, Sara will be deployed to enhance communications with participants as well as tracking and reporting participant progress in the career pathways through the use of Sara and TCI+ as an integrated system.

When complete, this integration of Sara and TCI+ (SaraWorks’s occupational information system for people with disabilities http://thecareerindex.com), will be available to other states interested in enhancing career pathway flows.
